Initial Client Consultation

Our process starts with an initial client consultation on event details (e.g event type, client's vision, event size, demographic mix of guests, etc).

Price Quote & Service Agreement

Next, we will recommend a suitable DJ as well as the best sound and and lighting equipment set based on event details. We will then provide a price quote and prepare a service contract upon the client's authorization. Upon approval, we will create an account for the client and send an invoice for down payment.

DJ Consultation & Playlist Design 

Next the assigned DJ will conduct a full face to face (if possible) consultation with client for an in-depth understanding of client's vision and specific goals of the event. From there, the DJ will collaborate with the client over a period of time to design a custom playlist, making sure to include all favorites and special requests.

Service Delivery 

We will then coordinate with the client's event vendors(event planner's, venues, photographer, etc) directly on logistics and other details necessary. on the day of the event, the DJ will be at the venue at least one hour(but usually 2 hours for weddings and corporate events) before the start time to setup and get ready completely for a great event.
